Brian Small joined the Syracuse University Hillel staff at the very start of the fall 2007 semester. Named the Coordinator of Programming and Special Initiatives, Brian will be responsible for organizing, promoting, and overseeing Hillel-affiliated events.
Brian brings a diverse and unique combination of public-relations and higher-education knowledge to his position. Most advantageous, however, is Brian's familiarity, as a 2002 alumnus of Syracuse University and a former student-participant with SU Hillel, of the Jewish student community.
In May of 2008, Brian concluded working on his second master's degree, in the field of higher education, at Syracuse.
Originally from Rocky Hill, CT, Brian now resides in Manlius, NY, with his Wife, Shannon, who was also employed, previously, at Hillel at Syracuse University.
